Robert Vecera
Forty years later. Right on time.
Robert Vecera and Robert go back a lifetime. The two old friends lost track of each other for the better part of 40 years and recently found each other again. Four decades is one long intermission, and the second act is about to go live.
Vecera is an artist from Hamilton, Ontario, and the mind behind Smellism, his own avant-garde art form, which he describes as “the realization of total mind through the sense of smell.” On a 2021 episode of The Cadillac Bill Show, he showed off his paintings, read the Smellism manifesto and made the case that the nose is “serious and funny at the same time.” (And yes, according to the man himself, Hamilton is the birthplace of Smellism.)
Now he's bringing that same curious nose to Save The Silly Humans: Reconsidered. Expect big ideas, a few detours and at least one question you've never thought to ask about your own sense of smell. Follow your nose.
